To Enter/Nominate a candidate for the 2026 SAATA Awards please complete the short form below and submit required documents.


As Per (POPIA) Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, by supplying and submitting your details to view the categories, you are agreeing to receive the occasional email from Southern African Youth Development Agency/South African Annual Top Achievers Awards. 🏆 SAATA Awards – Required Documents for Nominations

To ensure fair evaluation and authenticity of all nominations, each nominee or nominating organization must submit the following supporting documents:

1. Completed

Nomination Form

  • Fully completed SAATA Awards Nomination Form (online or hard copy).
  • Must clearly state the award category and contact details of both the nominee and nominator.
2. Personal or

Organizational Profile

A detailed profile of the nominee (individual or organization) including:

  • Background information
  • Field of achievement or area of excellence
  • Career or community development highlights
  • Major accomplishments relevant to the nomination.
3. Motivation / Statement of

Purpose

A motivational statement (500–800 words) explaining:

  • Why the nominee deserves the award
  • The impact of their work or contribution on youth, education, community, or development
  • How their achievements align with the values of SAYDA and SAATA Awards
4. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Portfolio
  • For individual nominees: an updated CV (2–4 pages) highlighting qualifications, awards, leadership, or volunteerism.
  • For organizations: a portfolio of evidence showcasing key projects and impact reports.
5. Proof of Achievements

Supporting evidence such as:

  • Certificates, letters of recognition, or awards
  • Media coverage (newspaper articles, interviews, social media links)
  • Photos or videos of community projects or professional work
6. Reference or Recommendation Letters

A motivational statement (500–800 words) explaining:

  • Why the nominee deserves the award
  • The impact of their work or contribution on youth, education, community, or development
  • How their achievements align with the values of SAYDA and SAATA Awards
7. Identification Documents
  • Certified copy of ID/Passport (for individuals)
  • Certified registration or company profile (for organizations, NGOs, or institutions)
8. Consent Form
  • Signed nominee consent form allowing SAYDA and SAATA Awards organizers to use submitted information for verification and publicity purposes.
9. Optional Supporting Materials
  • Short video biography (max 3 minutes) introducing the nominee and summarizing their achievements.
  • Social media handles or website links for verification and media engagement.
Submission Guidelines
  • All required documents must be submitted in PDF format (unless stated otherwise).
  • Incomplete applications or missing documentation may lead to disqualification.
  • Deadline for nominations: 30 November 2025.
